Darin Moon is the Managing Broker and Chief Executive Officer of Sycamore Realtors. He leads the company alongside his wife and business partner, Jenna Moon, who serves as Chief Operating Officer. Together, they oversee both the brokerage side of the business under Sycamore Realtors and the property management operations through Sycamore Management — creating a seamless experience for clients across the full lifecycle of real estate ownership.
Darin has been involved in real estate since 2020, when he became a licensed agent. Shortly after, in 2021, he began investing in and managing both short-term and long-term rental properties. From the outset, his focus has been on investment-minded real estate, with particular expertise in short-term rentals and buy-and-hold strategies. This hands-on experience has shaped his approach — not simply as a broker, but as an owner and operator who understands what it takes for properties to perform over time.
In addition to representing buyers and sellers, Darin brings firsthand experience as an active investor. That perspective lets him guide clients with honesty and clarity, helping them evaluate whether a property truly supports their financial goals and long-term plans.
He works with a wide range of clients — families, individual investors, and property owners from across the country and internationally — regularly partnering with Airbnb hosts, long-term rental owners, and clients buying or selling existing properties or purchasing new construction. While Sycamore Realtors is based in Westfield, Indiana, Darin serves clients throughout Hamilton County — including Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Fishers — and the surrounding Central Indiana area.
At the heart of Darin's work is a belief that real estate is a significant decision that should ultimately work for the people who own it. Whether someone is purchasing a forever home or their first investment property, his goal is to help clients make wise, well-informed choices they can feel confident about for years to come. He values transparency, patience, and a long-term perspective.
Outside of real estate, Darin is a devoted husband and father who places a strong emphasis on family. He enjoys the outdoors and embracing new adventures — and he brings that same intentionality into his leadership of Sycamore Realtors and Sycamore Management, striving to build a business grounded in trust, stewardship, and genuine relationships.
Jenna Moon is the co-founder and co-owner of Sycamore, where she serves as Chief Operations Officer alongside her husband, Darin. Together, they are building both a business and a life centered on thoughtful hospitality, strong relationships, and homes people are proud to own and enjoy.
Jenna oversees furnished-property operations, portfolio finances, and the design, staging, and launch of new homes. With six years of experience across real estate, property management, and hospitality, she brings equal parts operational precision and creative vision to every property.
From optimizing listings, pricing, photos, amenities, and guest experiences to maintaining Guest Favorite properties, Jenna focuses on the details that help Sycamore homes stand out in Central Indiana. As an investor herself, she understands the value of every dollar and treats each home as though it were her own—following through, communicating clearly, and ensuring owners’ investments are cared for thoughtfully.
Her favorite part of the work is seeing a property’s potential and bringing it to life through design, no matter the budget. She is equally proud of the team culture Sycamore is building: one where people have purpose, ownership, and joy in their work.
Jenna and Darin live in Westfield with their three daughters, two dogs, and a bearded dragon. Outside work, Jenna enjoys live music, travel, gardening, reading, hosting friends, and time with family—ideally around a campfire.
Family comes first for Darin and Jenna, and that shapes how they run both companies. When you hand over your property, you're trusting people who treat stewardship and relationships as the whole point.
